The doctor did not give me a prescription which they are obligated to do by law whether I ask for it or not. Absolutely disgusting customer service, and they said nobody was currently working to help me with any concern I had. Oh and charging me two times as much as I can buy contact lenses online for for the same brand/prescription. Buyer beware!

They gave me the wrong prescription! I can see better WITHOUT the new glasses!! Never have I ever not been able to see AFTER leaving the eye doctor! Don't come here! I seen Dr. Thomas S. Rupert and couldn't be more dissatisfied!! Not worth $283.00, I will get a refund! Try Dr. Ricker instead!!
